Ha...i am back..bored as usual..haha..ok..read a story frm this Chinese Comprehension..thinks its quite good..haha
Ok..hmm..how should i start? ok..
There was once this father who came back very late frm his work...missing his dinner..as usual..then he found his son waiting on the sofa for him...then he asked his son why was he not sleeping, he son asked him " Dad, how much do u earn an hour?" He replied "US$20", there was this smile on the Son's face.
The son then asked his dad " Can u lend me $10?". The father was suddenly angry as he thought that his son wanted to spend money on toys and gave him a tongue lashing and sent hhim off to bed.. 15 mins later...father thought that he had been too harsh to his son and went into his room and found his son sitting on the bed..he apologised to his son and blah blah blah...and then he took out a US$10 note and gave it to his son...
His son then took out a box containing another 10 dollars, when his father saw it, he was angry! and asked his son, " Why did u ask me for $10 when u already have $10"..
His son then replied " Dad, since u earn $20 an hour, can i pay you $20 just to buy an hour frm you so tat u can come home earlier by an hour to have dinner with mum and us?"
This shows that parents nowadays are beginning to neglect their families just to establish their career...The rising cost of economy must be partly blame for this trend..
Hmm..psps..i too sian le..hha so suddenly thought about this..k BYE!! sch tmr..tuition tmr too...bye!
